23. SERVICE COST & CHARGES. Access to the site is charge as follows:
To be credited 10 minutes through SMS, the User must send 3 SMS.
To be credited 10 minutes using your credit card, the user will pay $ 14.
To be credited 25 minutes using your credit card, the user will pay $ 28.
To be credited 60 minutes using your credit card, the user will pay $ 70.
24. REFUNDS. Refunds of subscription fees will not be made once the subscriber uses his/her username and password to access the site
In the event that transinwebcam.com should decide to grant any refund, ALL refunds will be paid by crediting the credit card originally used make the purchase or transfer. Under no circumstances will refunds be paid in cash or by check.
25. TERMINATION / CANCELLATION. Your membership may be cancelled at any time and with no explanation from transinwebcam.com or from you, by giving prior notice through the Site resignation section. Once you or the Site terminate or cancel the subscription you will not be liable to receive refunds of any kind. Subscription fees are NOT refundable.
In the event that the Site should cease to exist or trade entirely, it is hereby specified that all Memberships (of all kinds) will be cancelled immediately with no notice from any of the parties hereto.
To access via 803 (Spain Users Only) you must call the number on the screen. You will immediately hear a recorded message informing you of the rates applied and the extent of the service. This message lasts about 20 seconds and is charged at a regular call rate.
After the recording you will automatically be connected to the web service you chose. You will have access to the service as long as you do not hang up the call.
The maximum charge for the call will be 1,09 eur./min, tax included from a land line and 1,51 eur./min from a mobile network.
This party will not be responsible for any of the user's telephone carrier or internet access provider malfunctions. It will not be held responsible either, for any problems caused by the user's computer configuration, being the user's responsibility to check the configuration for possible mistakes.
The Credit is personal, fractional and cumulative. In this case, the system will save outstanding Credits for each user and in case of acquiring more Credits, these will accumulate.
